CNN.COM -- The U.S. Army is making plans to keep the current number of soldiers in Iraq -- more than 100,000 -- for four more years, the Army's top general said Saturday. Gen. Peter Schoomaker, interviewed by The Associated Press, said the Army is prepared for the "worst case" in terms of troop numbers. His comments come amid indications from administration officials and from commanders in Iraq that the size of the U.S. force could be scaled back next year.

....and we have GW for 3 more years. imagine that, america after 3 more years of BUSH & Co. --- gas prices at $5.00 a gallon? 4000 American Soldiers Dead? Another Terrorist Attack here at home? another war with another islamic land that just so happens to have oil or another natural resource or who knows, korea? china? pakistan? syria? more censorship? another 300 days of vacation time for Bush? more soldier funerals he refuses to attend? more schools losing funding? more weapons? less safety? the pummeling of the middle and working class? abortion made illegal? more laws? more government? less individual freedom? damn right. and much more. wow. u conservatives are right, it sure is worth it to keep an idiot, war profiteer in office just so you can keep homosexuals from marrying & further diminish the constitutional rights of all americans. good job. way to go. thumbs up. kudos. props. respect. good look'n out. much love. you fucking morons. in 3 years, at this rate, america won't be america anymore.

rare live ritual

"I would rather be ashes than dust!
I would rather that my spark should burn out
in a brilliant blaze than it should be stifled by dry rot.
I would rather be a superb meteor,
every atom of me in magnificent glow,
than a sleepy and permanent planet.

The proper function of man is to live, not to exist.
I shall not waste my days in trying to prolong them.
I shall use my time."
-- Jack London
